Early Childhood Keyworker Support

Our Early Childhood Keyworker service works alongside children and their families or carers to support each child’s development and progress towards their NDIS plan goals.

The Keyworker provides a consistent point of contact and works collaboratively with the child’s broader support team. This may include parents and carers, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers, early childhood educators and other allied health professionals.

We also liaise with early childhood education and care settings, schools and community services to promote a coordinated and consistent approach across the child’s everyday environments.

Support is tailored to the child and family, with a focus on building skills, strengthening family capacity and helping the child participate meaningfully at home, in their education setting and within the community.
