Our Early Childhood Keyworker service works alongside children and their families or carers to support each child’s development and progress towards their NDIS plan goals.
The Keyworker provides a consistent point of contact and works collaboratively with the child’s broader support team. We also liaise with early childhood education and care settings, schools and community services to promote a coordinated and consistent approach across the child’s everyday environments.
Support is tailored to the child and family, with a focus on building skills, strengthening family capacity and helping the child participate meaningfully at home, in their education setting and within the community.
