Working alongside the family/carer to support the child's progress towards plan goals. Liaising with children's team(including parents/carers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers and specialist early childhood educators) and other services(e.g. Early Childhood Care settings) working together when working with the family/carer to support the child.
NDIS Registered Support Coordinators
Working alongside the family and participants to progress towards plan goals. Liaising with Allied Health, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapist, behavioural therpaists to support the families and participants.
NDIS Registered Social Group Sessions For School Age Children.
Pick up from school provided and drop off at home each afternoon during the school term.
Sessions run everyday during the school holidays.
Sessions run every weekend.
